Over the last several months the CCROPP youth council has been working toward a healthy corner store conversion in South East Fresno. Building a strong partnership with Latino Market's owner Akram Alshanaby has been central to moving the conversion process forward. The youth have also been actively engaging the community by updating local residents on the status of the project on a weekly basis.
